About the Workshop
Step away from city stress and immerse yourself in four days of mindful movement, breath, and nature with Dr Radhika — a certified Hatha and Ashtanga yoga practitioner (500-hour TTC, Rishikesh), meditation expert, and passionate holistic wellness guide.. Held at The Warehouse, in Manali from December 17–20, this workshop blends traditional practice and modern wellness: Ashtanga & Hatha yoga flows, face yoga, guided breathwork, therapeutic forest hikes and jungle meditations, and restorative sessions designed to reset body and mind.

Meet Dr Radhika
Dr Radhika is a certified Hatha and Ashtanga yoga practitioner with a 500-hour Teacher Training Certification from Rishikesh. A former dentist turned passionate wellness guide, she brings a unique blend of scientific understanding and traditional yogic wisdom to her practice.
She specialises in meditation, Yin yoga, pranayama, asanas, and face yoga — helping individuals find balance, strength, and inner peace through mindful movement and breath. Her approach is gentle yet transformative, making her sessions accessible to beginners as well as seasoned practitioners.
Driven by the belief that yoga is a lifelong journey of healing and self-discovery, Dr Radhika creates a warm, supportive space for students to reconnect with themselves and experience deep rejuvenation.
